Terms of Supply
Terms
These terms are effective for all orders received from 31st January 2005.
Cash with order - we must receive payment before goods are dispatched. Most major credit cards are accepted.
For approved monthly accounts all invoices must be settled by the end of the month, following date of invoice. Failure to adhere to these terms will lead to goods not being supplied, until the account is cleared. Account facilities may also be withdrawn or reduced.
V.A.T.
All prices plus V.A.T. at the current rate.
Dispatch
We will endeavour to dispatch component orders within three working days of receipt, please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of order for delivery of goods.
Flydor is not responsible for delays caused outside its direct control.
For manufacture orders, please allow 10-14 working days from confirmation / payment.
Carriage
Standard carriage charge £9.50. Free carriage for orders over £200, to the same address (Zone 1 & 2 England & Wales Only).
SPECIAL CARRIAGE RATES ARE APPLICABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- Bulk mesh and large manufactured orders.
- Scotland, Northern Ireland, Eire, UK Offshore and all overseas destinations.
- Timed deliveries 09:30a.m., 12:00pm and Saturday deliveries.

Customer Collections
If you wish, you may collect your order from our warehouse. Please allow at least one working day after placing your order before collecting.
Cutting Charges
20% will be added to the stock length prices for cutting to special lengths. Minimum charge £10.
Orders for less than five stock lengths will be cut in half unless stated.
Discounts
Where agreed, discounts are only applicable to orders over £200.
Minimum Value Orders
We reserve the right to charge a minimum order value of £15 + V.A.T. excluding carriage.
Returned Goods
Goods are subject to a 20% handling charge.
Please contact the office before returning for authorization
Special Order Items
Special Order Items are marked "S" in the right hand column.
Nett items are marked "N".
A marking of "X" means this stockis being discontinued and will not be replaced once sold.
Special order items - a delivery date will be given once an order is received, but please contact the office for exact details. Special order items are subject to price changes, please check before ordering.
Delivery
It is the customers responsibility to check that goods have arrived complete and with no damage in transit. If there is any sign of damage to the packaging, check contents carefully. Once a customer has signed the delivery note, no claim can be made.
If goods are damaged, the delivery ticket must be clearly marked DAMAGED and a claim must be lodged in writing with Flydor within 7 days
