What obstacles should I look out for?
- Handles : Do they stand proud of the frame you are fitting to, i.e. will they make contact with the screen?
- Frame space : Is there have enough frame space to fit hinges and catches. If in doubt, obtain the measurements and contact our office.
- Lack of Reveal : Is there enough space in the reveal to fit the screen? This only space applies to roller screens & sliding screens.
- Who is going to be using the screens? : Assess the use the screens are going to get.
- Obstructions : Is there anything to hinder the opening of the screen
All of the above points have to be considered when looking at an application to fit flyscreens. If they are not checked, your customer is liable to order the screens incorrectly.
